These terms govern your use of turborevive.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Ordering

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy the product at the listed price. We confirm your order by email once it's accepted. We may decline or cancel an order—for example, if an item is out of stock, a price is listed in error, or we suspect fraud—and if we've already charged you, we'll refund you promptly.

Pricing & payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and shown on the product page. We do our best to keep pricing accurate, but errors happen; if a product's correct price is higher than the price shown, we'll contact you before charging the difference or let you cancel. Payment is due at checkout, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total shown.

Shipping & trial

We ship within the United States. Delivery times, our 30-night home trial, and return process are described on our Shipping and Refund pages, which are part of these terms.

Warranty

The TurboRevive massager is covered by a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repair, or normal wear. If your unit is defective within the warranty period, contact us and we'll repair or replace it at our discretion.

Acceptable use

Please use the site lawfully. Don't attempt to interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale, or use it to infringe anyone's rights. All content on the site—text, images, logos, and design—belongs to TurboRevive or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Product use & health notice

The TurboRevive massager is a consumer wellness product, not a medical device, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Follow the instructions included with your unit. If you are pregnant, have an implanted medical device such as a pacemaker, have circulation problems, or have a medical concern about neck or back pain, talk to a healthcare professional before use.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, TurboRevive is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Tennessee.
