We want you to actually use it before you decide. That's why every order comes with a 30-night home trial—if it isn't right for you, send it back for a full refund.

The 30-night home trial

Use your TurboRevive at home for up to 30 nights from the day it's delivered. If you're not happy with it for any reason, start a return within that window and we'll refund the full purchase price. Yes, you can return it even if you've used it—that's the whole point of a trial.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@turborevive.com with your order number (it starts with "TR-") and a quick note on why you're returning it.
  2. We'll reply within one business day with a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Pack the unit—the original box is ideal but not required—and drop it off with the carrier shown on the label.

Return shipping is on us within the 30-night trial. Please include the charging cable and accessories where possible.

Refund timing

Once your return is scanned by the carrier, we issue your refund within 2 business days—you don't have to wait for it to travel all the way back. Refunds go to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take an additional 3–7 business days to appear on your statement.

2-pack and gift orders

For the gift 2-pack, you can return one or both units within the trial window. If you return one of two, we refund the difference between the 2-pack price and the single price. Gift recipients can start a return too—just have them reference the original order number.

After the trial: 1-year warranty

Beyond the 30-night trial, your massager is covered by a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If your unit stops working as it should during that year, email us and we'll repair or replace it free of charge. The warranty doesn't cover damage from drops, liquid, unauthorized repairs, or ordinary wear.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement right away—no need to return the damaged one first.
