Shipping Policy
Every order ships free within the United States. Here's exactly what to expect after you click "Place order."
Processing time
We pack and hand off most orders within one business day. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed the next business day. During busy gifting periods, processing can take an extra day or two—we'll always note this at checkout if it applies.
Delivery times & cost
We ship from our fulfillment center in Tennessee via USPS and UPS, depending on your address.

Delivery estimates start once your order ships, not when it's placed. Carrier delays around holidays and weather events are outside our control, but if a package seems stuck, email us and we'll chase it down.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. If you don't see it within two business days, check your spam folder and then reach out to support@turborevive.com.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We are not yet able to ship internationally. We can't deliver to P.O. boxes for expedited orders.
Gift orders
Mark your order as a gift at checkout and we'll leave the paper packing slip with pricing out of the box. The outer packaging is plain and unbranded, so it's safe to ship straight to the recipient.
Wrong or damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you. See our Refund Policy for returns and the 30-night home trial.
